    The 'Flower Waiting to Bloom' presents the overall theme of spring. It is written in the sense of a letter to the reader from their present self. You are the flower that is planted in Spring who never grows, watching as each seasons begins and ends. Its not your fault that Spring was overtaken by summer or the rain never let you shine. But rain can nurture and the sun can help you blossom. The readers are also me, a letter to myself realizing that I was the flower that was always waiting for perfection to bloom, so I never did.

  • Fore Changing

    I've noticed when writing poetry again that it's more about having the emotions or thoughts that occurred at one point in your life being written that gives so much more understanding and self- acceptance of it. No longer feared but absorbed as a part of you that was finally healed. Scars build the strongest humans after all. So here I am again releasing the parts of me that I used to hold onto. Fore changing my future that present me has yet to see

  • The Edge of Both Sides ‘a conflicting dialogue’

    Hearing both sides of a story, it tells the words of the ones chosen to be outspoken and the ones chosen to be left unheard. The words voiced to put the favor in the role of the listener instead of speaking the trueness that forms between the unspoken words. Experiencing double emotions at once and building a bad habit of self-restriction. If one should call it that.
