Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to shipping carrier issues or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
